SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping conditions

1. Shipping costs

 

We ship both within Germany and internationally. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and are displayed transparently during the checkout process. A note like "Shipping costs abroad upon request" is not possible because we are obligated to provide clear information.

 

2. International Shipping & Customs Documents

 

When shipping to countries outside the EU, additional documents are required:

  • Commercial invoice: Enclosed in duplicate.

  • Customs declaration CN23: Required for international shipping.

  • Export declaration (ABD): Required for goods valued at over EUR 1,000.

  • Proof of preference: If applicable, this will be shown on the commercial invoice.

 

These documents are filled out correctly and attached to the shipment to ensure smooth shipping.

 

3. Customs duties & taxes

 

Additional costs may apply when shipping to non-EU countries, such as:

  • Customs duties

  • VAT of the recipient country

  • Customs clearance costs

 

These charges are levied by the national customs authorities and are to be borne by the recipient unless otherwise stated.

Right of return

1. Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a person designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail or letter).

2. Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back.

3. Return of goods

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your cancellation. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was a mistake or defect on our part. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products made to customer specifications.

  • Goods damaged due to improper use.

  • Products that are not returned in their original, undamaged condition are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Only untouched and undamaged goods are eligible for cancellation. Used or damaged items are excluded from returns.
